CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER
Processing Times for USCIS – California Service Center
Jurisdiction: Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
Current California SC Processing Dates
Listed here are the most recent processing times reported by the USCIS-CSC. This report is generally produced and publicized on this web site approximately every two weeks.
The dates in the right hand column reflect the “Data Entry” date (the date the Service Center commenced with the processing of a case and logged it into their database) of cases currently on a USCIS officer’s desk. If your case was filed after the date shown, then your case is probably not being processed by a USCIS officer. Once a case arrives at an officer’s desk, it generally takes an additional two to four weeks to receive a decision. No inquiries are permitted on cases until a specified period of time (e.g., 30 days) has elapsed AFTER the Data Entry or “Recorded” dates as shown in the attached report.
